We are the ideal service provider for the "Do It Yourself" client who finds value in saving money up front, yet relaxing and enjoying the benefit of having a professional mixologists service their guests. We provide service to Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, Montgomery County, Delaware County and Bucks County. Our highly experienced staff is dedicated to maximizing the enjoyment of your event, while ensuring safe and responsible service behind the bar.

PRICES VARY DEPENDING UPON THE NATURE OF THE EVENT

Our competitive and comprehensive services include:

• Uniformed  Bartender(s)

• Bar Area Set Up & Clean Up

• Basic Bar Supplies and Tools (shaker tins, ice coolers, bottle openers, etc.)

• Complimentary Beverage Consultation (by phone) with Shopping List of how much to purchase

• Flexible Service Hours - NO 4 hour minimums

PLEASE NOTE:Quoted rate does not include gratuity and there is a hourly rate to $50/hour for events less than 4 hours and increases for events held on major holidays including Memorial Day Weekend, Super Bowl Sunday,

4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve.

Q1) Do you provide the alcohol, beer or wine?

A1) No, however we do provide complimentary beverage consultation to help you calculate exactly what you need to purchase based upon the number of expected guests. 

Q2) What do I need to provide?

A2) You are responsible for anything that will be consumed by your guests such as alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, fruit garnishes, ice & cups.

Q3) How much alcohol do I need to purchase?

A3) We will provide you with a complimentary beverage consultation to help you estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon your guest count.  We can also help you select your beverage menu!

Q4) How many bartenders do I need?

A4) Per industry standard, we recommend 1 bartender for every 75-100 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve.

Q5) What does Executive Bartending provide?

A5) We provide the  Bartender(s) and all the basic bar tools and supplies required to serve drinks to your guests. 

Q6) What will the bartender wear?

A6) Our bartenders will wear a black polo shirt with black slacks. Or whatever the client would like.

Q7) Do you require a deposit?

A7) Yes, a $50 deposit is required to hold your date.

Q8) Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums?

A8) We are flexible and customize your event even down to the time. So if you need us for 2 hours or 6 hours, we will be there!

Q9) What about gratuity? How do I tip the bartender?

A9) You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area - OR - you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event. Estimate $2.00 per guest for gratuity.

Q10) What will the bartenders bring?

A10) All basic bar supplies and tools including (shakers, ice scooper, bottle/wine opener, speed pours, drink stirrers, napkins, napkin caddy, fruit garnishment tray, cutting board, paring knife, etc.)
